On today’s show, recent bride Mary Messersmith shares the story of her wedding at Shades of Green, which turned out to be the perfect solution when the Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding she was planning became too expensive. By working with Disney Catered Events, Mary was able to add a meal at the Attic and a dessert party at UK Lochside, creating an event that was perfectly tailored to her vision for the day. She shares tips for planning all three types of events and gives great advice to reassure those who worry that using an alternative venue might diminish the Disney magic of their big day.
