This week, Disney bride Rachel Pierson Medina shares the story of her Escape Collection wedding at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawaii. Rachel’s ceremony was held in the evening at Kula Wai spa, followed by a dinner reservation at the resort’s open-air ‘Ama’Ama restaurant. Due to the timing of the wedding day, she and Jacob did their bridal portraits together the next day.
