This week, Erika Peterson shares the story of her vow renewal ceremony at Italy Isola, brunch at BoardWalk Inn’s Grand Staircase Lawn, dinner at Terrace des Fleurs with a silhouette artist and a Soarin’ ride mix-in, and afterparty at Tower of Terror. She also treated guests to a Tamu Tamu Courtyard welcome party with ride mix-ins on Kilimanjaro Safaris and Flight of Passage. And she and Ross did portrait sessions at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT and Hollywood Studios! 1. I would love to do this welcome party as our vow renewal reception! Do you have any breakdown of costs for that event?

    1. Yes! The venue fee and food and beverage minimum, along with the price of a ride mix-in, can be found in Chapter 3 of the Fairytale Weddings Guide. You can use the self-calculating budget starting on page 142 of the eBook to enter your guest count and those prices to see how much the event would cost for you. Floral is trickier to estimate because, even if you got exactly what she had, the prices will be different now that Disney uses an outside vendor for these things. But I have basic pricing for the lanterns and vases in Chapter 5 of the guide, and greenery-based floral arrangements are generally pretty inexpensive.
