This week, Amanda Moss Novick shares the story of her Memories Collection wedding at Luau Beach with a post-ceremony meal at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ at Disney Springs. She and Louis had already paid a deposit on a large at-home wedding when they realized that they’d much rather elope to Walt Disney World, and Amanda shares tips for others who might be feeling the same way. She also discusses which package elements they used and how they chose an officiant, plus a little bit of extra pixie dust they got at Homecomin’!
