Today I catch up with Kimberly Herrick—who was on the show last year to share the planning process for her Discovery Cove wedding and Animal Kingdom welcome party—to hear how everything turned out!
Kim and her fiance originally looked at Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings and Swan & Dolphin weddings before finding the perfect fit at Discovery Cove. They incorporated their love of Disney by adding a welcome breakfast in Tamu Tamu Courtyard at Animal Kingdom, plus a ride mix-in at Kilimanjaro Safaris. Today Kim shares the story of their wedding weekend, complete with a detailed description of the way a Discovery Cove wedding works and plenty of advice for those interested in this unique option.
